Your engagement agreement sets out the services Empire Passports will provide, the fees involved and the responsibilities of each party. This page explains what to expect when you decide to proceed.
Before you commit
Requesting access is free and does not commit you to a program. Approval for access is separate from eligibility for citizenship or residence and from any government decision.
If you proceed, the engagement agreement is provided through your client account for review and signature. Read it, together with any relevant third-party terms, before signing or making a payment.
What the agreement covers
The agreement sets out:
- The services included in your engagement and any work outside that scope.
- The fees, payment stages and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
- The information and documents you need to provide.
- The responsibilities of Empire Passports and the other professionals involved.
- How changes to the engagement and the end of the relationship are handled.
Professional services and government decisions
Empire Passports provides technology and administrative support. Legal, tax, investment and immigration advice should be obtained from appropriately qualified professionals. Government submissions are handled by the authorised professionals required for the relevant program.
No engagement guarantees citizenship, residence or a particular processing time. Government authorities make those decisions independently.
