Testimonial disclosure
Client feedback should give a fair account of an individual's experience. This notice explains the standards we apply when publishing testimonials.
Authentic experiences
We publish testimonials only with the client's permission and after verifying the relationship and the experience described. Any editing is limited to length or clarity and must preserve the original meaning.
Feedback about using the platform is distinguished from feedback about a completed application. A testimonial describing a completed citizenship or residence application must relate to a verified outcome.
Privacy and disclosure
Where identifying details are withheld to protect a client's privacy, we make that clear. Any payment, benefit or other material relationship connected with a testimonial is disclosed alongside it.
Individual outcomes
A testimonial describes one person's experience. It is not a promise of approval, a particular processing time or a financial return. Requirements and outcomes depend on the applicant's circumstances, and citizenship and residence decisions rest with the relevant government.
