Empire Passports provides technology and administrative support for people exploring citizenship and residence options. We are not a law firm or an immigration adviser.

Public information, estimates and comparison tools help you explore programs. They are not personal advice, a binding quotation or confirmation of eligibility. Read our Disclaimer for the limitations that apply.

Provide accurate, complete and current information when using the platform or requesting access. Keep your account access secure and tell the Empire Passports team if you suspect unauthorised use.

If you act for another person or include family members, you must have the authority needed to provide their information and act on their behalf.

Creating an account or requesting access does not guarantee acceptance as a client, acceptance by another service provider or government approval. Requesting access is free and does not commit you to a program.

Your engagement agreement sets out the services and fees for your case. Review it before signing or making a payment. External professionals and payment providers may have their own terms and responsibilities.

Government submissions are handled by the authorised professionals required for the relevant program. Empire Passports does not hold client investment funds.

Cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable engagement, program and recipient terms, subject to any rights that apply by law. Our Refund policy explains the different types of payment.

Do not submit false or unlawfully obtained information, impersonate another person, attempt to avoid screening, gain unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Only provide material you have the right to use and share.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or comply with the law. We may also decline an engagement where required checks cannot be completed or relevant restrictions apply.

Website content is owned by Empire Passports or used with permission. You may use it to evaluate the services for your own purposes. Other use requires permission or a right available under applicable law.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms. A link does not imply that Empire Passports controls that service.

Website information and functionality may change, and access may be interrupted. Program requirements, costs and processing times may also change.

We do not guarantee citizenship, residence, travel access, a processing time or an investment outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used in connection with the website and our services.

We may update these website terms. Changes affecting an existing paid engagement are handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
