Risks & caveats
- Programme announced for Q4 2026; the reviewed evidence does not establish that applications are open.
- Government assessment and approval are required; payment alone does not guarantee citizenship.
- End-to-end processing and passport delivery times are not confirmed. The statutory decision stage is not an application-to-passport promise.
- Full government, due-diligence, professional, document and Empire charges are not confirmed; no all-in estimate is available.
- Family inclusion remains subject to implementing rules and documented relationships; extended-family eligibility is unconfirmed.
- The legal framework does not impose the ordinary two-year residence period on relevant-investment naturalisation; attendance, biometrics and travel obligations still need confirmation.
- Passport access is subject to destination rules and can change. Index counts include visa on arrival and electronic authorisations.
- China’s current short-visit waiver runs through 31 December 2026 unless extended.
- An E-2 treaty does not confer US entry or residence. Investment-nationality applicants may need three continuous years of domicile before applying, as specified by US law.
- Investment naturalisation alone does not create Argentine income-tax residence under Article 116; residence and other tax obligations require individual assessment.
- Empire is a technology service. Government filings require the appropriate authorised submitting professionals; approval rests with Argentina.
